You are correct that customers and Fab/TCAD will require the TDK PET modelling capability from a product design & manufacture flow perspective. Products have to be "Designed for Manufacture" (DFM) and the modelling capability plays an important step in the "Product to Market" chain.

My point is that the "Transfer to Fab" negotiations and Milestone #12 (PET TDK models) are not strictly linked, they are essentially indepedent of each other.

More important, zooming in on the "Transfer to Fab" negotiations, I think it is highly likely that when this negotiation in completed, and made public, it would or should come with significant NRE Revenue.

That would be great to see and would be a powerful springboard to launch POET on the Nasdaq.
