Correct me if you think I'm wrong here, but I'm going to assume that the TDK for the fab and the fab partner,( ie GF), will be announced before any uplisting.

This to me is the tipping point that someone of might and signifigance believes enough in POET to partner. I don't think the foundry's association/partnership with POET would be contingent on an uplisting. I also would love to hear what you think that type of a deal would look like.


Then the NASDAQ move, which would then attract the US fund managers, to fluff up, or stabalize the SP before the (eagerly anticipated) lineup of device makers. I would imagine the Qualcoms and Apples of the world would prefer to deal with a company listed on the NASDAQ.
