Okay, we probably have to put some more effort into it, because the page is too promotional. And if I where a Wikipedia admin, I'm afraid I'd have to support this opinion. :-(

Well, I copied the current contents to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Rainer_Klute/POET_Technologies. As you can see, this is within my user's namespace and should be safe from deletion. We can improve the page there without hesitation, and once we agree that it is mature enough, copy it back to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/POET_Technologies.

Does this sound like a plan?
