Just published yesterday, a new journal article in IEEE Journal of Quantum Electronics by Geoff Taylor. Finishing up some papers during retirement, or continuation of other work??

If someone has access, could be interesting. If I read correctly, Abstract implies some complex math and possible follow-up paper?
