ok, clearly the F-20 reference was mistaken, I apologize, but the point I think is clear....it's not a requirement to reveal things in any sort of company document that are covered under an NDA...the regulators are likely made aware of the issues this would cause and allow it to slide.

Furthermore, I can't even be bothered to discuss the R/S, it's the age old tool these people roll out when they have nothing left to whine about.

Too bad they don't have it anymore, hopefully forever....they'll have to find something else to cry about.
