I could more easily handle your post if you had phrased the above:

"Luckily I wasn't listening and got out for a decent profit, guessing correctly the new leadership would take a long time to execute."

No one here "knows" much, if anything, about this company when it comes to the future, but most are pretty good in commenting about the past.
