I wrapped up my last message a bit quick.....

The ultimate point I was trying to make is that if there are smart money players accumulating, and if someone bought at $1.20 and after seeing $1.40 being hit 3 or 4 times but not getting through....that it might cause that retail player to put in a GTC order at $2.40.....

But rather than just storming in and pushing the PPS up to grab those shares....I think its possible big money players will hold off, in hopes that there are other holders who will also lose patience or become fearful....and that the number of GTC limit orders will increase allowing our hypothetical and potentially non-existent smart money accumulator to pick up a lot more shares than just 25 or 50K.
