Dave Caputo

Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Dave is co-founder, president and CEO of Sandvine Incorporated (TSX: SVC, LSE AIM: SAND), driving our commitment to help broadband service providers realize new operational efficiencies, reduce bandwidth costs and improve their business models with new service offerings.

Prior to co-founding Sandvine, Dave was the vice president of marketing for PixStream, one of Canada's most successful technology companies. Launched in 1997, Pixstream was sold to Cisco Systems in 2000 for more than $500 million. At Cisco, Dave was the Managing Director for the Video Networking Business Unit. Prior to Cisco, Dave was the Product Marketing Manager for Hewlett Packard's Storage Systems Division in Colorado.

Dave holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a computer science degree from York University and is a graduate of Wharton executive education programs. He and his family reside in Waterloo, Ontario, the center of Canada’s technology triangle and the home of technology leaders like Research In Motion, Open Text and DALSA.

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, Engineering

Brad is chief operating officer and vice president of engineering at Sandvine. He manages all stages of product development from conceptualization to final product manufacturing release. Prior to Sandvine, Brad was vice president of engineering and co-founder of PixStream. At PixStream, Brad developed and led a 100+ engineering team, while establishing production and manufacturing processes. Following the acquisition by Cisco, Brad became Director of Engineering for the Video Networking Business Unit. Brad holds a bachelor of applied science degree in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

on is a co-founder and chief technology officer for Sandvine Incorporated (TSX: SVC, LSE AIM: SAND), driving our commitment to help broadband service providers realize new operational efficiencies, reduce bandwidth costs and improve their business models with new service offerings.

Previously, Don was director of firmware and manager of software engineering for PixStream, responsible for system architecture. Don also held the position of Manager, Software Engineering for Cisco Systems in the Video Networking Business Unit.

He attended the University of Waterloo’s bachelor of applied science program for systems design engineering in Waterloo, Canada.

Marc is co-founder of Sandvine Incorporated, a network technology company committed to providing service providers with tools and strategies for realizing new operational efficiencies and reducing ongoing network costs.

A highly successful telecommunications entrepreneur, Marc was a co-founder of PixStream, one of Canada's most successful technology companies. Launched in 1997, PixStream was sold to Cisco Systems in 2000 for more than $500 million.

Marc holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a bachelor of applied science degree in electrical engineering from the University Of Waterloo. A registered professional engineer, Mr. Morin and his family reside in Waterloo, Ontario, the heart of Canada's technology triangle and the home of technology leaders like Research In Motion, Open Text and DALSA.

Tom Donnelly

Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Tom is co-founder and executive vice president responsible for worldwide sales, marketing and business development at Sandvine. He has more than 15 years experience in the telecommunications sector and is a popular speaker and recognized authority on broadband market issues.

An accomplished telecommunications entrepreneur, Tom was an integral part of the executive team behind PixStream, one of Canada's most successful technology startups. Launched in 1997, PixStream was sold to Cisco Systems in 2000 for more than $500 million. Tom was responsible for sales and business development, winning prestigious customers such as Bell Canada, Eircom (formerly Telecom Ireland), Telenor, and SingTel, as well as building a very successful partnership and channel program that included Newbridge Networks (Alcatel), Nortel Networks, Next Level Communications (Motorola), and Cisco Systems.

Tom’s extensive international experience includes executive-level positions managing marketing and business development operations in Europe the Asia Pacific Region and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and is a graduate of the Wharton executive development program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Wojciech Nincevic

Vice President, Operations

Wojciech is vice president of operations at Sandvine. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the manufacturing and operations teams. Prior to Sandvine, Wojciech was the vice president of manufacturing at PixStream. After PixStream was acquired by Cisco Systems Wojciech became Manager, Manufacturing within the Video Networking Business Unit. Wojciech studied electrical engineering at Ryerson University in Toronto and automation engineering in Poland.

Scott hamilton

Scott Hamilton

Chief Financial Officer

Scott leads Sandvine’s strategic financial direction and global financial management, planning, investor relations, control, reporting, and administrative resources management. Scott’s leadership was instrumental in raising £20-million through Sandvine’s initial public offering on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Scott has been with Sandvine since its inception and his background includes various financial roles, including a manager within the tax group of Ernst and Young LLP. Scott is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Angelo Compagnoni

Senior Vice President, Regional Sales, The Americas

Angelo is responsible for leading Sandvine's sales execution in North America. Leveraging his strong sales background and technical insight, Angelo has led Sandvine's North American sales efforts up to present with a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing North American broadband service providers. Prior to Sandvine, Angelo was founder and vice president of sales and marketing for Entrata Communications, a leading edge voice and data networking company. Having also worked previously at Proteon Inc. and Openroute Networks, two leading router technology vendors, Angelo has over 14 years sales and marketing experience in the data communications industry.

Angelo received a bachelor of mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada prior to working in the technology sector.

Chris Colman

Managing Director, EMEA Sales & Marketing

Chris is responsible for leading Sandvine's sales execution in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Prior to Sandvine, Chris was responsible for developing European carrier and enterprise IP TV markets for Cisco Systems. Previously, Chris was managing director of PixStream Europe, where he founded and grew the EMEA market for video networking equipment. Before PixStream, Chris was director of strategic market development with Newbridge/West End Networks, where he developed the market for the company's telephony and data products in the cable industry.

Chris graduated with a degree in electrical and telecommunications engineering from the Coventry University (UK). He has been working in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years.

Mike verhoeve

Mike Verhoeve

Vice President, General Counsel

Mike provides legal counsel and guidance to Sandvine's global operations as well as acting as Corporate Secretary to the company. Prior to Sandvine, Mike was VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ATS Automation Tooling Systems, a Canadian- based manufacturer of automated tooling systems and related products with over 4,000 employees at operations located around the world. Previously, Mike also spent six years as in-house counsel with The Descartes Systems Group, a software development company.

Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario.
