I agree with JD.
There also has been previous discussions with regards to reverse splits for SPQ - i.e., 1:10 - for every ten shares you own, you get one at the "new" price e.g., 10 cent shares become $1 shares. 10,000 shs at 10 cents = $1000 1,000 shs at $1 = $1000 but 250,000,000 outstanding shares now = 25,000,000 (fewer to buy and sell which often yields premium stock valuations).
So don't worry about the absolute number of shares - accumulate while the price is down. The nice thing is that there is minimal downside risk here. With some good news - which will come eventually because there is obviously good stuff in the ground - you have lots of upside.
Identify the price you want to pay, where you want to get out, and be patient. To my way of thinking, we're looking at six months before the BIG payday. However, I will be real happy if it comes sooner!
