Dr. Elliot Strashin

President & CEO

Dr. Strashin has been involved with the resource industry for over 20 years. A graduate from the University of Toronto School Of Medicine in 1980, Dr. Strashin practiced medicine in the community of Elliot Lake. It was during his tenure in Northern Ontario that he became interested in the resource industry and began prospecting and staking mineral claims. He served as a director of Maple Minerals Inc.[CDNX was the predecessor of the TSX-VEN) from 1996-2001. In April of 1999 he joined the board of Canadian Golden Dragon Resources Ltd. as Secretary and became President and CEO in January of 2000. He is also the President of Ellsin Resources Inc., a private mining company with gold interests.
Dr. Strashin is an experienced business operator with background in business, operations and general management. His deep insight into the geography of Northern Ontario has helped him find high potential properties and stake mineral claims. Dr. Strashin has been instrumental in directing Trillium North Mineral in conjunction with its exploration team, into its new PGE-Ni-Cu projects north of Thunder Bay.

Kenneth Crosby

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Crosby, HBA, LLB, first became involved in the mining industry in 1975 as a manager with a mining contractor supplying drilling consumables across Canada. In 1981, he was admitted to the Bar in Ontario and now practices in British Columbia. Mr. Crosby has participated in the acquisition and exploration of Canadian mining properties since 1986.
 

Michael Thompson, P. Geo.

VP Exploration

Mr. Thompson is leading the exploration initiative at Trillium North. He recently joined the company to further accelerate the exploration work at various properties.
Mr. Thompson has worked for several junior and major companies since 1997 in both gold and base metal exploration, most notably Teck Cominco Ltd., Tri Origin Exploration Ltd., Placer Dome CLA Inc. and Goldcorp Inc. He is assisted by other members and consultants of the exploration team at Trillium North in carrying forward drilling and exploration activities planned for the year 2008 and beyond.
 

Caitlin Jeffs, P. Geo.

Exploration Manager


Ms. Jeffs received her Honours B.Sc. in Geology from the University of British Columbia in 2002. Caitlin has worked for several junior and major companies since 2002 in both gold and base metal exploration, most significantly with Placer Dome CLA Inc. and Goldcorp Inc. managing all aspects of deep exploration projects and specializing in GIS technology and 3D modeling of ore bodies. She is a specialist in GIS technology and 3D modeling of ore bodies.
 

Robert Middleton, P. Eng.

Consultant

Trillium relies significantly on Mr. Middleton’s expertise and his vast experience in mining exploration. He has a degree in Geophysics from Michigan and worked with the Ontario Department of Mines from 1969-1971 as their geophysicist. From 1971-1974, he was employed as Manager of Airborne Operations by Berringer Research Limited. Mr. Middleton was Exploration Manager and V.P. of Exploration for Rosario Resources from 1974-1980. He then moved to Newmont of Canada where he was Exploration Manager for Eastern Canada. Since 1983 to the present, he has been an exploration consultant to many major and junior mining companies. He formed Golden Dragon Resources in 1987. That company merged with Goldrock Resources to become Canadian Golden Dragon Resources Ltd. Currently, he is Exploration Manager and Consultant for the company.
