Well now, that would bring Mighty Casey back to the plate. Maybe he`ll have a bit more luck this time.

I know the patent process is not fast, but, if approved, it certainly could happen this year. I believe a lot rides on objections to the pending patent from other entities.

Anybody have a solid handle on the patent timeline from personal experience?
