Not at all putting words in Doni's mouth--my words, not his--it seems he is saying that Edig has basically pushed "all in" with the current legal filings for Nunchi. We have to, once and for all, get its validity proven or die trying. If they choose to not grant an IPR and we get a positive claims construction ruling we are in a position of strength to negotiate licenses for Nunchi and we are a viable company. If not, the flash income is exhausted, there are no licenses or suits for Micro Signet so we really have no idea where we are with that, and Pluto, or whatever, is in it's infancy and probably quite a ways from generating income. Not saying I am right, just my interpretation.
