"2) the true need of a very good & capable law firm"

Not just that...but someone with a passion to fully understand the tech, and drive that understanding with reference.

This company is about passion.....without that....there is no company. They simply drive what they know with passion and a deep desire to march forward their ideas.. Something that big companies have a hard time doing. There's a lot to think about and what it means, big companies vs. small companies.

You all might not feel it, but I do, as I developed the same passion in setting out to discover what they do.

Handal and his crew seem to fit the mold with that passion.

For the DM representation, they where legal eagles and walked on water...however, they lacked the passion. They had no idea of how to separate the RAM issue the the defendants contended....to the point where I feel things happened on purpose, as they to could have used 108 entity details as well and did not....Where that little concluding comment to the judge was simply? What? belittling?....the judge did not take it well.

Handal new how to do it, because he sleeps and breaths this tech....and knows how to tactfully explain to a judge, in making sure the judge understands. Hedrick also...he snagged some good points at the conclusion of the NUNCHI hearing....Where the opposition wanted to counter on the comments, because and understanding was passed to the judge that clarified. The judge understood and a counter was not needed as he already heard what she was going to state and basically... concluded.
