To be honest I dont know the snaswer to that but in my estimation it comes simply from no info or concrete progress. The entire buzz has been lost. THere is so little volume and price action pretty miserable. If I had to guess I would surmise the doubters are out in full force and no one gives them any reason to ward them off.

Instead the info is more like tacky advertsisng that people get tired of and discard. When the signing took place there was such a positive environment now everyone focusing on minutia and details that have little to do with moving the project forward
