Aren't you forgetting about the Japanese Canadians? It sure didn't take us long to build camps for them, and it sure didn't need any advanced planning, just a bunch of Scots in B.C. government who were bigots. The "power of the county" is a myth, and always has been. In addition, it is a piece of legislation which can and has been changed much over the past 20 years. And isn't it coincidental that all of this controversy comes out in an election year? Like I said before, red is red, and blue is blue, and there ain't nuthin' going to change them. People forget that the U.S. came about as an act of treason, and that it can happen again. Not that I don't love them. lol
