I agree.

I just spoke to my lawyer and they said if the letter is in fact fictitious they would simply write a letter to "Stockhouse Publishing Ltd." simply requiring that the post be retracted from the website and that Stockhouse Publishing Ltd. publish an apology and explanation that it was in fact fiction...otherwise we would consider all actions within the law to recover damages from the poster and Stockhouse for the slanderous remarks and the facilitation of those remarks.

I would then scan and publish the letter and tracking information of the registered letter on the SH SLI forum and should that be removed...on AG in the off topic forum.

That letter implies that Hog admits to commiting a federal offense...something not to be taken lightly and the person responsible deserves a serious legal spanking.
