"The chair did her job properly and fairly"

If she was acting in the best interests of the company and its shareholders, she would have recognised the wishes of the majority of shareholders and acknowledged that they wanted her to step down.

She fought and won her position on the basis of the mistakes the dissident shareholders made in their quest to have her removed from her position. However, in my opinion, a director or manager that chooses to remain in their position while fully aware that 91% of the shareholders spoke and asked for her to step down (and let's not forget the many WHITE supporters who did not want her to remain!), is NOT acting in the shareholders' best interests, but rather in a self-serving and arrogant manner.

In spite of the technical errors in the proxy battle, she must know that she is not wanted as CEO or director by the company's shareholders and she should respectfully step down, as should her BOD.
