And if 91% of the shares held dont carry more water than the other 9% regardless how many people hold them, then maybe the "majority" of shareholders should buy more shares if they want control of the company. The company is owned by those who have purchased the majority of shares. If one shareholder held all 91% of voting shares, do you not think he carries more weight than say 20 or 2000 other shareholders who only own 9% of the shares? C'mon!
