If the vote results someone had posted on this forum stated that approximately 1.5 million votes for BOD compared to 30,000,000 plus withheld (numbers to be confirmed) are really true.

Can someone explain to me how can Lori McClenahan, Donald Bastien and Robert Krause be elected directors of the company to hold office until the next annual general meeting?
