Excellent question, I gave you 5 stars for that! Its because the MAJORITY VOTING POLICY was not implimented, and the TSX nor BCSC intervened to help shareholders, and allowed this to happen. Why are the regulators on Lori,s side? Its so stupid to allow for a civilized society to have no rights and to allow for them to be continuously taken advantage of, it makes me question the regulators, much like I question the RCMP,s actions in the link below (watch the 4 min video), a quite interesting story for anyone that is just waking up to how things really work in this world. Stand your ground! :)
