My apology, you are correct, not all shareholders expressed the vitriol that Sculpin and others did, and attempt to get the company investigated and its executives and directors convicted. But also recall that 91 % of shareholders, by shares owned and voted, did not like the way she was running the company.
She became a pariah, after being queen of the hill. I figure she doesn't feel like she owes anyone any favours. She likely is aware of what goes on here, and has seen the vitriol still exists. And I think she either owns none or very few shares, so where's her upside?
Unfortunately the vitriol of the few has affected every shareholder. Maybe not fair, but it has.
