01 Communique is a very typical Dot.com stock.They developed some leading edge software in the tech boom circa 2000-2001.

Globe Media has this as the description of the company - 01 COMMUNIQUE LABORATORY INC. offers a suite of remote access services designed for small-medium sized business, mobile professionals and IT service providers. 01's software as a service offerings are deployed on-demand and include functionality enabling on-line meetings, remote computing and IT support

They recently have completed a round of patent lawsuits, and succeeded, against the largest in this field Citrix. Clearly a David and Goliath battle. One owns and has validated their patent protection in court but are cash starved vesus the multi billion dollar Goliath.

Many have stated that the payoff will be "successfull" but way down the road as the "weaking" will be subject to stalling and delay tactics.
