I bought the .9999 gold maples early last fall and I recieved a slightly better price from Kitco than Scotia but the big deal for me was Kitco did not charge me PST and Scotia had too.

This was a material savings.

I live in Ontario and Kitco were shipping to me out of Montreal so maybe that was part of it.

I found Kitco fairly easy to deal with. My bank (Scotia) wired the money and they shipped about 6 or 7 days later. The stuff was sent "hold for pick up" at the local fed ex dealer.

I love having these coins. I am often tempted to pile them up on my desk and put on a pirate hat and start drinking out of a dirty rum bottle...but I digress
