speaking of speculative, a lot of your post is highly speculative. I'm not sure where you are getting these numbers from and also the speculation about whether they'll be paid for their installations is all conjecture. For someone who's moniker is "Just the Facts" you seem to be creating your own for whatever reason.

Seems suspect to me.
