In being new to this board and in just beginning my DD on this company, I have a few questions that I hope you can help answer for me:

i) While the EPC contract has been agreed on, the costs are believed to be USD 10M for Phase I of the project and USD 200M for Phase II (build-out). Given these high costs, does anyone have any insight as to where they expect to get funding from? I presume it will be somewhat dilutive? Does all the financing need to be in place before June 29th, 2015?

ii) Does anyone know how long it will take to build the plant? Last releases seem to indicate that it will take 12 months to ramp up once built but no estimates on build time.

iii) Current news releases indicate a forecasted ~USD 150M top line with good EBITDA margins (~45%). Is there any further upside to this? Can the plant be scaled up from 50K tpa?
