Very kind of you to share this. I saw the headline upgrade and target but had no way to access the report.

Love the opening line of the executive summary

Honestly I had finally conceded to myself that none of the Big 5 banks would pick this up. Ever since Bre-x there has been no bank recs on explorers that I can recall. CIBC alone is great, if the other banks follow look out! Man does reading this make me happy. Thanks again.
