BAJA ANSWERED AN EMAIL expressing my concerns over deferral of the cobalt & zinc circuits in order to improve the ramp up of copper procuction. By doing this they would save $85 million in capital expenditures until after complrtion of the copper circuit. The production costs would obviously go up without the cobalt & zinc credits. Profits from the production of copper would enable them to finish the project at a later date. I wonder if they would save the tailings for processing later, get the cobalt & zinc?
