V1, V2, Rotate, gear up, flaps up- take your pick!

Actually, on the C-141, after setting power, the only thing you were waiting for was the copilot's call to rotate. It always had enough thrust that other speeds weren't called. Usually had plenty of runway. That is, if my memory serves me correctly. I think the civilians use V1 etc. Never got that opportunity.

Welcome newbies! This is a great site, and Joe/Emit are the experts. It's user friendly, clean view, and well managed.

I may have to discover some of it's advanced features-I have no idea where Disch got that information. I've had a real job until recently, so I haven't had a lot of time to explore. I've just found those other site frustrating when compared to the features found here.
