Both have properties in Wyoming and New Mexico but I didn't see any land that would be contiguous if a merger was happening. Strathmore has $ 6 mil in working cap at the end of 1st qtr 2009. If there's any connection I would prefer to see a joint development of a large , prospective property as opposed to spreading cash over too many properties ( Bayswater's business model to date).
