As far as share price goes, we have to understand that these selective and small PPs play a roll in most likely determining pivot points ie; support and resistance levels in share price later. Especially when the PPs were performed at higher prices than what the open market has placed on the equity as we have in this case. Some investors behind the PPs will decide to offset their capital layout by selling their common shares and just holding warrants for example. Not all,,, but some.........jmo

Also,,the time line we have now requires investors to have an addition mind set in regards to being patient!!!
