AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

BioteQ Named Top New Exporter in British Columbia
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2008) - BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:BQE), a leader in the treatment of metal and sulphate contaminated water, has been named the top new exporter in British Columbia at the 2008 BC Export Awards sponsored by the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters. The award recognizes companies that have achieved export success in entering new international markets. BioteQ's President and Chief Operating Officer, David Kratochvil, accepted the award at a luncheon on Friday November 21.

"We are delighted to be named British Columbia's top exporter in 2008. This award recognizes BioteQ's expansion into China, Australia, and Mexico during the past year. This is a significant achievement, and marks the dedication and hard work of all BioteQ staff as the team builds water treatment plants in new markets," stated Brad Marchant, BioteQ's CEO.

BioteQ's expansion into new markets is reflected in its recently released financial results. In the nine months ended September 30, 2008, BioteQ nearly doubled its revenues to $6.5 million, compared to $3.5 million for the same period in 2007. The increase in revenues is primarily due to contributions from new operations in China, Australia, and Mexico.
