Yes they have. A certain poster had posted on this board and the other about all of the great things coming. The buyers that we're going to come in from JK. The price rise to $5+, etc..... So I have a question. In your opinion. Because I have a hard time believing that any one in business is this clue less and inept. A complete waste of a sperm cell. 

Has the management of this company. And it's failures to get anything meaningful accomplished in such a long time(except for a 300-1 RS, conversion on management common shares to promissory notes, issuance of new paper to management) because....

A. They really are that incompetent and useless. 

B. Could care less about running a business when you can just print and sell shares. Thievery from the common shareholder. 

C. There is a big investigation going on behind the scenes. So they are afraid to do anything else and no one wants to buy with the investigation over hang. 

D. All or some of the above.
