Hi NL

When you haven't got much money the attraction of penny stocks is very appealing. I've been in Oil Search in Papua New Guinea and Dragon Oil in the Caspian sea area. Made nice little profits on those and thought CIVC would be the next.

No need to expand on the attraction of this play. The potential is great. I bottled, half out, when Shoal Point bombed and went into Enegi Oil. May have been a safety move but will never make you rich. CIVC is an enigma. It promises so much and produces so little. My problem has been, being too close to the play. Twenty years ago with Oil Search I relied on an occasional mention in the daily paper ( very occasional ) and the odd times I bought the Financial Times. New technology is great but it brings with it greater expectation and demands for information.

Looking at Falkland Oil and Gas, Desire petroleum as my next possible venture. Based in the South Atlantic. Drilling wont be easy if they decide to go ahead. Like the GPS, Alberta reported great potential but !!

Best wishes to all
