Friday nearly here again and all is quiet on the western front. NR or not. The concensus appears to be news in early September so probably Friday 5th. No use speculating because lets face it we just don't know. Being an optimist most of the time, ie my glass is at least half full, I'll go for a positive NR which boosts the SP. Mind you with my track record of consistently backing the loser in a 2 horse race I wouldn't buy on my view. At least we only lose when we sell. The same is true with the propert market in the UK. House prices down 10% in the last 12 months.
