Well stated. I am hoping mgt has confidence that Pod1 is going to be on target and they are using the financing to preorder the long led time equipenent (ie pay deposits) for pod 2 to get it up and running asap. I do agree with u that if pod has any major hiccup the financing looks like a poor decision and will probably tank SP until it is fixed, but on the flip side if Pod1 goes off as planned and pod2 is developed at a rapid pace, then the financing looks like a smart aggressive more (hopefully with more $ flow they can re-neg the interest rates). So far mgt (outside of marketing) seem to know what they are doing and have delivered. I am willing to bet they will continue down that path. I am long as well.
