Please forgive the unsuccesful attempt to copy two reference postings, one of mine and one of marketbiggy dated Feb 17, 2008 made here on Agora regarding the Debentures and the potential for a hedge utilizing a strategy of long debentures and short the common. By going back to Feb, 17, 2008 postings one should be able to see this posting by marketbiggy.

Following review. perhaps we may have a basis for discussion regarding potentials which you have not recognized. Assuming of course the potential that possibilities exist other than which you recognize.
