Perhaps you would be kind enough to offer all your opinion as to a hypothetical situation?

In event of extreme financial distress on the part of Connacher, arising say from an abject failure of Pod 1 or Pod2, which asset class would have first claim on the assets of Connacher O&G, the Common Share Holders, the Debenture Holders or neither?
