UTS issues 48 million new shares

UTS which has no reserves just resources issued 48 million new shares at 6 dollars. Their stock price went up 50 cents on the news. CLL produces 6000 bll day of crude from POD 1 their stock price goes down. UTS has no production...none .....zip......there is no rational to the stock price this proves it........
