CLL will work its way back up, slowly, I don't believe financials will help or hurt much. A boost will come when production increases on GD and Algar approval comes. GD should be at or near 10,000 bbl/d now but they can't seem to get it past 8000, at least we haven't heard of any increase lately. Production is the key, all the oil reserves mean nothing if you can't get it out of the ground.
