One element that I believe we are seeing as it develops, is a shift in economic power from Europe and North America, to the developing nations. This does not have to be a negative but is going to cause a lot of turmoil in the western world. We can fight it and all will be hurt, or work with those regions emerging and make progress for all. The world is a changing and we can compete and cooperate or we can go backwards.
