Hi Sharky,

Thank you for the article written by Ian Austen of the New York Times.

Ian writes about many different topics related to Canada.

And, he understandably writes about the high profile or controversial topics of the day.

From his previous writings, it would appear that he supports GREEN policies.

But, I do not think that he is an expert on the oil sands in Alberta.

However, because he writes for the New York Times, many people will read what he has to say.
