I'm wondering if you missed -- as I did -- the fine print "... conventional oil and natural gas wells drilled between April 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010."

Check out Jurek's link. All the breaks are targeted to conventional operations ... this is nuts ... I'm at a loss for words. Extremely disappointed and quite amazed ... this has to be a typo?
