It is becoming apparent to me what the purpose of yesterdays PR was. Gusella was soliciting additional financing offers. The response of existing offers is now clear. They have upped the ante. Gusella was using yesterdays dramatic increase in oil price as an inducement. The investment bankers are using todays weak oil price to punish RG through the SP. This is a negotiation being played out in public. Unfortunately, the power cards are in the hands of the bankers.
