If I've got 10k shares and sell let's say for $1.04 I'll get $10 390 after commission.

If SP tanks back down to .60 I can buy back around 17.300 shares. even more if SP goes lower... Monetarily the value is the same. I can also get far more shares at the lower price if I want to put in new money. Under current conditions there's a better chance of a diluted .60 share doubling to $1.20 than a non diluted share doubling to $2..Fuzzy math maybe but I assume there's more growth opportunity from the lower priced share...

I've owned shares in this company for many years and the value of my shares have tanked, and yes I'm pissed about it, but that was my fault for not using stop losses. I was more of a buy and forget em investor.

That's all in the past now,,CLL is starting all over again and I see this as a new opportunity to get in on the ground floor at bargain basement prices..Even with new share issue we're still over 50 million shares less than UTS..Now if UTS could trade last fall around $6.00 with 474 million shares CLL should have no problems with around 425 million.
