A well written post. It's a shame that there weren't more like this.

I would be very pleased if we could have a policy in place on this board whereby any posts talking about other posters being "pumpers" or "dumpers" would be erased by the moderators. Yes, we know that some people are very positive or negative about the company, and many people have outside agendas. However, all this name calling makes me think of the kids playing mean in the sandbox.

This Board was quite useful for a long time, some very informative discussions taking place which taught me a fair amount about the company and the industry. Occasionally, these still happen, but with decreasing frequency.

Here's to hoping that we can trend towards the former situation, not the more recent tone.

One question: can anyone with decent knowledge about reservior deterioration talk about that subject for a bit?
