Do you not ever tire of acting as an apologist for the greedy rapaciousness of Gusella and his mignons. When will his consistent habit of digging into your pocket in order to fund his ever expanding gluttony for free shares provided at the expense of the Common Shareholder (you), begin to wear thin? When will Management be held accountable for creating wealth for their investors and not simply themselves?

There is something missing here. And it is a sense of responsibility towards any but the greedy insiders!!
