It's hard to comprehend what it's like to work in those kind of elements. That's what makes seeing the progress at Algar all the more impressive. I tip my hat to those men and maybe women who are are making this possible in the field. My step son went to work at the Diavik mine a few years ago in -60* weather. He wore special clothes that the company supplied including some kind of face gear and eye wear that had left a sliver of skin exposed just below his eye wear and his cheek, he got frost bite from it. It kinda makes me feel guilty for drinking my Tim Hortons coffee and sitting inside at this computer, oh well someone has to do it, cheers all....
