My hope would be that they do not pull a "reverse split"!

Rarely are they successful. It would be a waste of funds for legal, registration and administrative costs. The reason they are rarely successful is that the low sp can be changed by obscuring it. However, the problems lie with company management and its decisions. Until and unless Management gets its act together, all of the "dressing up" and subtrefuge will accomplish nothing except a waste of Corporate resources. Both financial and time commitment!
