I would argue that Obama isn't either....If I'm not mistaken the U.S Constitution requires a President to be a Natural Born Citizen. It's already been established that Natural Born means BOTH PARENTS as well as the President MUST be born in the United States. His Father was born in Kenya and Obama himself had duel U.S / British citizenship as a birthright..( Kenya was at the time of his birth a British Protectorate). Duel citizenship is a nono for President..That said his eligibility to be President will once again become an issue ( It was Clinton who brought his birth place up in the Democratic Primaries) if his nomination for 2012 is challenged by another Democrat.
