Another Prize should go to who ever appointed CLL Legal Secretary to the position of CFO (Chief Financial Oficer) of Connacher.

On the more serious note.

In last few years CLL experienced major outflow of talented people. In the summer of 2009 we had a substantial operating staff loss at POD1 plant.

Last year we lost Vice President of Operation Mr Todd (arguably the most talented executive working for CLL) and now 3 key executives, COO (Chief Operating Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and Vice President of Corporate Development left the company.

They are entitled to received:

-- unpaid annual salary and bonuses

-- severance payment in the amount of one and one-half times annual salary plus one and one-half times the average amount of the bonus

This will add to 2.5 times the annual salary and bonuses. Just one guy (Peter D. Sametz) may receive ~$3 million.

On the production front CLL lower it`s 2011 production target third time this year suggesting year end level of approximately 14,000 boe/d.

Higher Q4 Bitumen price was reported here on this board long time ago (most likely was priced in the CLL SP) and did not surprised the market or divert the attention from the conflict at the CLL executive branch.
